Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Time:
After processing, most U.S. orders arrive within 8 to 12 business days. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available during promotions — check our homepage for current offers.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to begin showing.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

✅ Exceptions:

  • Wrong item received? Contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll send the correct item or offer a refund.

  • Item arrived damaged? Email us photos within 3 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
